In 2014, our chef patron Fred Berkmiller made a discovery. The snails on the Isle of Barra taste great cooked in a traditional French style. So in fitting with our ethos to source as much produce as possible from Scotland, Fred arranged for regular delivery of these tasty wild molluscs (by Royal Mail - really!) to the restaurants.

This event is a chance to hear more about Fred's discovery and to try the snails cooked in different ways alongside a couple of glasses of wine. Please note: seating style is communal and it's a set menu.
